You Say You Want Inclusion But Are You Showing Up For It?

🔸 You Say Justice Matters—But When Confronted With Injustice, Do You Step In?
🔸 You Believe in Equity—But Do You Challenge the Systems That Keep Things Unequal?
🔸 You Advocate for Diversity—But Are You Only Comfortable With It When It Looks Like You?
🔸 You Talk About Inclusion—But Do You Make Space for Others, or Just Expect Them to Fit In?
🔸 You Want to Uplift Voices—But Do You Stay Silent When It’s Uncomfortable or Inconvenient?
🔸 You Support Change—But Do You Expect Others to Lead While You Wait in the Wings?
🔸 You Fear Saying the Wrong Thing—Is That Fear More Important Than the People Harmed by Inaction?
🔸 You Think You’re Not Part of the Problem—But If You’re Not Actively Pushing for Change, Aren’t You?

Why Staying Silent Isn’t Neutral—It’s Harmful

Here’s The Statistics That No One Wants To Talk About— Until Now…

The numbers don’t lie.

But what no one tells you is that:

And all of us have been there— none excluded.

You Value Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. So Why Are You Still Stuck?

Bias thrives in hesitation. Change dies in silence.

But what if you always knew exactly what to say?

You see bias every day, but when you speak up, you’re ignored.

You fear being labeled difficult—or worse, jeopardizing your career.

You’re exhausted from educating others, yet nothing changes.

So you stay silent. But silence comes at a cost:

This isn’t another DEI training.

It’s a rebellion against hesitation.

You won’t freeze. You won’t falter. You won’t stay silent.

And the best part? The blueprint is already waiting for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Storied JEDI was designed for real people with real schedules. Each session takes just 20 minutes a week—that’s shorter than your morning coffee break. And because it's self-paced, you can learn on your own time, at your own speed.

If you have time to scroll social media, you have time for this.

Because most DEI trainings are one-and-done webinars that go nowhere. They flood you with statistics but don’t show you how to create lasting change.

The Storied JEDI is different. It’s not about checking a box—it’s about embedding equity into the way your workplace thinks, acts, and leads.

DEI isn’t a training. It’s a culture shift. This is the missing piece that actually makes it stick.

That’s exactly why you need this course. JEDI work isn’t about perfection—it’s about growth.

This program gives you:
Scripts and tools to navigate tough conversations.
A judgment-free space to learn, unlearn, and ask the hard questions.
The confidence to speak up without fear of getting it wrong.

You don’t have to be perfect to make a difference. You just have to start.

Absolutely. JEDI isn’t just for HR. It’s for anyone who wants to create an equitable workplace, regardless of their title.

You’ll learn how to:
✔ Challenge harmful narratives that show up in everyday workplace interactions.
✔ Speak up with confidence and impact.
✔ Lead from wherever you are.

💡 Cultural change starts with individuals. That means you.

 Let’s talk about cost:

Losing great talent? That costs thousands.
A toxic workplace culture? That costs trust, reputation, and employee well-being.
Ignoring bias and inequity? That costs more than you can afford.

At $300, this course gives you the tools, strategies, and support to create meaningful, long-term workplace change—without the need for expensive consultants.

The real question isn’t ‘Can I afford this?’—it’s ‘Can I afford not to?’

Most DEI programs fail because they don’t change behavior—they just throw information at you.

The Storied JEDI is different. It focuses on:
Storytelling over statistics—because real change happens through connection, not compliance.
Action over theory—you’ll get practical, real-world tools that you can use immediately.
Mindset shifts over checklists—so you’re not just “learning DEI,” you’re actually living it.

This isn’t another DEI course. It’s a movement—and it starts with you.

Yes, and here’s why. Even if your company isn’t fully on board, you can still create change from wherever you stand.

This course gives you:
The language and tools to push for meaningful change—even in resistant spaces.
Strategies for influencing workplace culture from the ground up.
A community of like-minded changemakers so you’re never doing this alone.

Every movement starts with one person willing to challenge the status quo. Be that person.

Then you’re exactly where you need to be. Awareness isn’t something to fear—it’s something to embrace.

This course isn’t about guilt. It’s about:
Unlearning old narratives.
Learning how to show up better.
Taking action in ways that create change.

Feeling uncomfortable means you’re growing. Lean into it.

The learning doesn’t stop when the course ends. You’ll get:
A Completion Certificate to showcase your growth.
Lifetime access to the 6-Guide JEDI Vault for quick reference.
Community support so you can continue the conversation and keep building change.

JEDI isn’t a destination. It’s a journey—and this course sets you up for the long run.
